8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to opt out of certain sharing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights. To make a request, email privacy@fellowusa.com. We will verify your identity before acting.
Certain information cannot be deleted where we are required to retain it — most commonly lending, tax and anti-fraud records.
9. Credit reporting
When you apply for financing, you authorize us to obtain consumer and commercial credit reports. We may furnish information about your account to credit reporting agencies. If you believe we have furnished inaccurate information, contact us at privacy@fellowusa.com so we can investigate.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to read their policies.
