Buying coverage

The warehouses are in four places. We are not.

Buyers travel. If you're closing a building in Montana, Maine or anywhere in between, someone from the relevant desk is on site within 72 hours of a qualified submission โ€” and for anything over $250,000, before we make a written offer.

Inventory is then staged at whichever hub minimizes downstream freight, which is often not the closest one to the seller. That routing decision has taken roughly 40% out of the average buyer's freight bill since 2024.

Visiting a hub
  • Inspections are by appointment, scheduled through your buyer
  • Bring photo ID; all visitors sign in at the dock office
  • Closed-toe shoes and a high-visibility vest required on the floor (we supply vests)
  • Third-party inspectors are welcome and don't need to use our forms
  • Preferred and Principal members get priority scheduling

Warehouse addresses are provided with your inspection confirmation. We don't publish dock addresses publicly.

Come walk a lot

Approved accounts can schedule an inspection at any hub. It's the fastest way to understand what our grading actually means.
