The process

No auctions. No games. No guessing what's in the box.

Most wholesale buying is a leap of faith with a hammer at the end. Ours is a documented process with a manifest, a grade, a price and a payment schedule — agreed before anything moves.

Open an account

Business details, resale certificate, and a soft credit pull if you want a line. Approved in 24 hours.

Browse the floor

Full manifests, unit counts, condition grades, photos and a landed-cost estimate on every lot.

Inspect or trust the grade

Walk it yourself, send an inspector, or rely on our grading standard — it's published and audited.

Load and go

We palletize and load. Your carrier or ours. Storage available if you'd rather sell before you ship.

In detail

What actually happens, hour by hour

STEP 01

Account & line approval

You submit the two-page application with your EIN, resale certificate and, if you want financing, three months of bank statements. Under $250,000 we don't ask for tax returns. Our credit team returns a decision inside one business day with your line size, deposit requirement and available terms. There's no cost and no obligation to ever buy anything.

STEP 02

Deal access

Approved accounts see the live floor: every lot we currently hold plus deals under contract that haven't landed yet. Each listing carries a line-item manifest, unit counts by SKU, condition grade distribution, original retail, our asking price and an estimated cost to get it to your zip code. Members at Preferred and above see new lots 48 hours early.

STEP 03

Inspection window

Every lot over $50,000 carries a scheduled inspection window at the warehouse holding it. Come yourself, send your buyer, or hire a third-party inspector — we'll accommodate any of the three. If you'd rather not travel, we'll pull any ten units you name and photograph them individually within one business day.

STEP 04

Offer and terms

Make an offer or take the ask. Once we agree on price you choose your structure: pay in full, or select a deposit percentage and term from the programs your line supports. The system prices it instantly — you see the payment before you commit to anything.

STEP 05

Documents and funding

Purchase agreement and, where financing applies, a security agreement and UCC-1 go out the same day by e-signature. Deposits clear by ACH or wire. For financed purchases we release inventory against the schedule in your agreement — typically fully at funding, or in tranches against paydown for larger lots.

STEP 06

Load-out and freight

Our crew palletizes, shrink-wraps and stages the lot. You can arrange your own carrier or use our freight desk, which quotes against a contracted national network. Vehicles ship by open or enclosed transport. Free storage runs 14 days from funding, then a flat per-pallet rate after that.

Grading standard

What the letters actually mean

Every unit gets graded by hand against a published standard. We would rather lose a sale than have you open a pallet and find something you didn't expect.

Approval is free, takes a day, and puts the whole floor in front of you. Nothing obligates you to buy.
