All financing is offered by Fellow Capital, an affiliate of Fellow USA Holdings LLC, and is subject to credit approval and underwriting. Nothing on this website is an offer, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of any particular rate, term, line size or approval outcome.
Rates, terms, deposits and program parameters shown are representative examples for well-qualified applicants. Actual terms vary based on credit profile, time in business, sector, deposit, collateral and sell-through history, and may differ materially from the examples shown. Programs are available only for purchases of inventory from Fellow USA and are not available for third-party purchases.
Financing is offered for commercial and business purposes only. It is not consumer credit and is not subject to consumer lending protections including the Truth in Lending Act. All lines require a personal guarantee from owners holding 20% or more and are secured by a UCC-1 filing against the financed inventory.
Financing is not available in every state. Availability, terms and program eligibility may vary by jurisdiction.
Payment calculator
The payment calculator is an estimation tool provided for convenience. Results are illustrative, assume level amortization at the indicated rate band, and exclude origination fees, filing fees, taxes and any other charges. Results are not an offer, a quote or a pre-approval, and actual payments will differ.

Inventory shown publicly on this website is a sample and may not reflect current availability. Quantities, condition, grade distribution and pricing change frequently and are confirmed only at the time an offer is made and accepted. Nothing displayed publicly constitutes an offer to sell.
Historical transaction values shown on sector and case study pages reflect completed transactions and are provided for context only. They are not offers, price guidance, or an indication of what comparable inventory will cost or realize in future.
Performance figures and estimates
Company statistics — including inventory volume moved, number of buyouts closed, average clearance times, delivery performance and headcount — reflect Fellow USA's internal records and are rounded. Yield percentages, sell-through rates and margin examples are historical averages across composite transactions and are not predictions. Individual results vary substantially by sector, channel, season, geography and operator.
Case studies describe actual transactions with details modified where confidentiality obligations require. They are illustrative of our capabilities and are not representative of typical results.
